One Day Birding Discovery
The Great Yorkshire Forest is one of the few areas of large landscapes in England we can truly call a forest. Habitat networks link the landscape over 30 miles in extent between Scarborough and Sutton Bank in the west. The area is a complex mosaic of ancient woodland, semi-natural woodland, mixed woodland and commercial forest, all set within the beautiful North York Moors National Park.
