Itinerary
Day 1. Walk and SUP
A day of dry and wet activities, starting with a wake up walk in the stunning Birks of Aberfeldy or Acharn Falls. Followed by a lunch break with a hearty packed lunch to prepare for an active afternoon. Time for some Standup Paddle Boarding on Loch Tay to get a real feel of the wide open spaces on offer in this wonderful country. Finish the day with a sauna on the shores of Loch Tay looking out over the Loch and Hills surrounding this magical place. You will then be dropped off at your accommodation in the local area for the night, to be fed and rested ready for the next day’s adventure
Day 2. Via Ferrata and walk
Starting day 2 we head to Kinlochleven and the Via Ferrata course. This unique and exciting activity runs beside the third biggest waterfall in Scotland. Equipped with fixed cables, staples, ladders and bridges, this route allows users to access this spectacular environment without the risks associated with unprotected scrambling and climbing. Onto a well-deserved lunch break with a visit to a local seafood restaurant to refuel ready for the rest of the day. In the afternoon enjoy some excellent local walks around the stunning area. You will then be dropped off at your accommodation in the local area for the night, to be fed and rested ready for the next day’s adventure.
Day 3. River Bugging
Head to Spean Bridge and the stunning Spean Gorge section of the river to begin your River Bugging adventure trip. This trip takes you through a truly inaccessible gorge, its epic walls have been beautifully carved by the water and make great cliff jumping venues. The rapids include drops, waves and hydraulics which are guaranteed to get the heart pumping. Finish the day with a visit to a local eatery to refuel for the journey home, with time for a wee leg stretch walk during the trip back to your chosen destination.

Itinerary
Day 1: Walk at Dunkeld and Canyoning Adventure
Start the day with a wake up walk in the stunning Dunkeld Hermitage. After a hearty packed lunch head to Bruar Falls for a canyoning experience. This canyon has exquisite waterfalls and rock features with awesome jumps from 2 metres to 10 metres and vertical rock slides.
Day 2: Walk and SUP at Loch Tay
The day starts on the shores of Loch Tay for a stunning nature walk around beautiful pools and waterfalls. After a picnic on the Loch shores you will then try some Stand Up Paddle Boarding on the Loch itself. The day will end in a sauna with fantastic views of the Loch and hills beyond.
